Shipping and Transit Times

All orders placed online before 9:00 a.m. MST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will begin processing the same day.  Orders placed after this time will begin the following business day.

The production time for orders of 6 cases (72 candles) or less is 10 business days during the months of January through August.  During the months of September through December, the production time increases to 15 business days.  For each case (12 candles) or less, please add an additional business day processing time.  Please be patient as we hand craft all of our candles as ordered and do not rush the process to ensure you receive the best quality product.

All shipping charges quoted by our system are actual charges quoted by UPS plus packaging.  All orders are shipped insured for your protection.  Once your order is complete, it will ship out the following business day.  During our hot summer months, we only ship packages Monday through Thursday to help avoid your package from spending the weekend in a hot warehouse.  Below, you will find the approximate transit time for packages shipped by UPS based on Ground Shipping.  We do offer expedited shipping options.  If you do choose an expedited shipping option, the production time still remains the same.  We always do our best to get your package out as soon as possible.  At this time, we only ship within the United States.
